Our Natural Hōjicha is made from the Sayamakaori cultivar, grown without any pesticides or fertilisers using Shizen Nohō (Natural Farming) techniques in Kamo, Kyoto. Coexisting with the natural environment, the tea plants grow in field where weeds emerge and insects pay a visit during the summer months. Come autumn, these weeds naturally recede, enriching the soil for future growth. Experience this beautiful tea, the taste of nature.
