Our two favourite things have come together: chocolate and hōjicha!
This is a MATSU-CHA original. After creating many sample batches, we have landed on the perfect blend that brings out the best of both worlds. Rich cacao is beautifully balanced by the deep, nutty warmth of roasted hōjicha. It is truly a unique harmony of tea and chocolate.
Our hōjicha powder is made mainly from stems, which naturally carry a mellow sweetness — a character that works beautifully in this blend.
