MATSU matcha No.004 Organic — Japan (20g)
Robust yet harmonious with grounded depth and a steady, satisfying finish.

- About Our Signature Range
No.004 is crafted as a balanced, everyday organic matcha. Each year, our blending master in Kyoto carefully evaluates the harvest and composes a blend, known as 合組 (Go-gumi) — the art of harmonising teas to achieve consistency and balance.
Organic certification requires rigorous standards, careful cultivation and ongoing inspection. Growing high-quality organic tencha demands additional dedication from farmers, and we are proud to support those who commit to this approach.
By blending teas from across Japan rather than focusing on a single region, No.004 maintains steady flavour while remaining adaptable to yearly harvest variations. Robust yet harmonious, it offers grounded depth and a clean, satisfying finish — a dependable organic matcha for daily enjoyment.
MATSU matcha No.001-003 are exclusive blends created in collaboration with an esteemed Japanese tea sommelier. Each blend is meticulously crafted to bring out the unique flavour profiles specific to the renowned matcha regions Kyoto and Kirishima. A perfect go-to for both usucha (straight matcha, akin to drip coffee) and lattes.
