No.001 offers a beautiful blend with organic Okumidori from the enchanting tea region of Wazuka in Kyoto. Nestled in the valley near Uji, Wazuka is a highly regarded place for producing some of the finest Japanese teas, and its tea production dates back over 800 years. Our matcha uses only the very first harvest of each year and is stone ground in Uji. Enjoy the rich, full-bodied flavour of our organic, historical Uji matcha.
MATSU matcha No.001-003 are exclusive blends created in collaboration with an esteemed Japanese tea sommelier. Each blend is meticulously crafted to bring out the unique flavour profiles specific to the renowned matcha regions Kyoto and Kirishima. A perfect go-to for both usucha (straight matcha, akin to drip coffee) and lattes.
